Terms for this website.

These are draft operational terms for using the public site. They are not a client contract, not legal advice, and not a certificate of compliance. A project is governed by a separate written proposal, described on the project terms page.

The site

Arove Agency publishes this website to describe the work and to receive project requests. The studies in Work are concepts. They are not client projects, case results, or offers you can buy as shown.

A saved request is a message. It does not accept a project, set a price, or start a schedule. Those exist only in a separate written proposal that both sides agree.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to send malware, to probe or overload the private desk, or to submit material you have no right to send. Do not impersonate another person or business in a request.

We may refuse or remove a request that breaks these limits. The private desk is not a public service. It stays closed unless the server environment is configured.

No promised outcomes

Nothing on this site promises rankings, revenue, conversion, audience size, or a launch date. Concept studies are examples of thinking, not results from a client engagement.

Third-party software

The site is built with third-party software, including Next.js and React, which stays under its own licenses. A portfolio gallery interaction is adapted from a 21st.dev component by isaiahbjork. That software is part of how this site runs. It is not sold to you as a product, and these terms do not relicense it.

Liability

We take reasonable care of the public site. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from merely browsing it, and we do not accept liability for decisions you make from concept studies or marketing copy.

Some laws do not allow a limit like that. Where a limit is not allowed, it does not apply. This page does not name a legal entity, a registered address, or a governing law, because those details have not been supplied. A project contract can name them when they exist. Project terms explain what this website does not decide.
